Sensei Isaac John Patient

Isaac Patient has been in the martial arts for over 23 years and has trained all over the world, including in Japan.  He has also been featured in Black Belt Magazine.

Isaac received a 3rd degree black belt under Chuck Norris' United Fighting Arts Federation.  He has also spent time training with Chuck Norris, Bill "Super Foot" Wallace, and Chip Wright.

While with Universal Arts of Karate, Isaac received his 6th degree black belt.

Isaac has also trained with some of the highest ranking delegates of Seito Shito-Ryu: John Bartholomay, Keiji Nakura, Gary McGuinness, and John Sells. He is currently a Nidan (2nd Black) in Seito Shito-Ryu.

He has also studied Japanese swordsmanship under some of the industry's most renowned practitioners.--Toshikazu Hayashi, Toyoo Inoue.  Isaac was promoted in Toyama Ryu Iaido to Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in April of 2007

Sensei Patient has been teaching for over 15 years and is highly respected in the martial arts community.

Sensei Shawndra Patient

Shawndra Patient has been training for 10 years and while with Universal Arts of Karate Shawndra received her 1st degree black belt.

Shawndra  earned her Seito Shito-Ryu Nidan (2nd black belt) in January 2008. Shawndra has had the opportunity to train with some of the highest ranking delegates of Seito Shito Ryu Including John Bartholomay, Kevin Hammond, Gary McGuiness and John Sells. She is a very accomplished martial artist and has also had the chance to train all over the world.
